the VPL INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE OPEN, is a tournament open to all the clubs that want to be part of it.   the registration to the clubs that are part of a league VPL can participate and have the same chance to get access to the international cups of the other teams. teams that do not participate in any VPL league can participate in this competition.

CHAMPIONSHIP VPL INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE OPEN

1- GENERAL REGULATIONS

The VPL International League will start on October 25th 2018

The Club to play on VPL International League Open must have the following Requirements:

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS IN ROSTER: 18 PLAYERS

  • DIVISION 1 Minimum 14 Players Registered - 8 In the field (OPTIONAL QLS).

  • DIVISION 2 Minimum 12 Players Registered - 7 In the field (OPTIONAL QLS).

  • DIVISION 3 10 Players Registered - 7 In the field (OPTIONAL QLS).

  • DIVISION 4 10 Players Registered - 7 In the field (OPTIONAL QLS).

  • DIVISION 5 10 Players Registered - 7 In the field (OPTIONAL QLS).


2- METHOD OF THE TOURNAMENT

The Tournament is in italian method whit home/away

3- TIMES AND DURATION

Opening of the championship registrations will start on September 1st

NOTE: It is not possible to postpone the meetings, in days following the scheduled ones. The matches must be played no later than 23.59 on the day set by the calendar.

4- PARTICIPATE AGREEMENTS

A. The agreements of the games in case of advances will be taken only and exclusively on the Managerial VPL Manager itself, each manager will write in the page "chat meeting", to propose day and time for the dispute of the match.

B. Extra agreements tools: Any kind of agreement taken externally (whatsapp, facebook, skype) will not be taken into account in case of problems communication between team captains.

C. Absence of Agreements: If neither of the two captains writes in the agreements section of the eSport Management the game will be played at the default time established by VPL; In the event of a match not held, the staff will have the right to decide the fate of the match by assigning warnings and penalty points to the clubs.

D. EA or Server Problems: Should any network bugs or EA server updates occur, it reserves the right to postpone one or more matches that have not been played due to these inconveniences.

5- GAME PREPARATION

A. The home team is responsible for inviting the opposing team;

B. Managers must ensure compliance with the time and day of the match;

C. A delay of 10 minutes is tolerated, however it is advisable to send a communication to the opponent for any delay (eg room bugs, player disconnection, server loading problems, all to give RESPECT to the opponent);

D. In case of further delays at the 16th minute it is possible to send a meeting reporting check on the VPL MANAGER Management, following the report the Staff will decide whether to accept the report or not for the game in question, as far as possible;

E. There will be no match connection test;

F. The game will start at minute 0 ', when the kick is kicked off. In the event of a player crashing in the first 5 minutes or relative lag, a team can exit by regularly replaying the match. In case of abandonment after 5 minutes, the team that has abandoned will lose at the table.

G. Each Club has a maximum of 1 connection attempts, at the 2nd attempt the game will proceed without abandonment.

H. The presence of the goalkeeper is not mandatory.

I. It is mandatory to play with at least the minimum number of players provided for by at least 50% of the game.

J. In case of Fall player from the match in progress, the game will still be played until the conclusion.



6- MANAGEMENT OF THE MEETING AND COMPLAINTS

A. In case of problems related to any type of cheating (example: non-registered players, unsportsmanlike game on the goalkeeper, any game bugs or glitches) the game will be played in any case, the complaint request must be presented in the section provided for VPL MANAGER on the page of your meeting with the support of test card attached to it, otherwise they will not be taken into consideration (you must present a video clip with DVR, Twitch, Video with Smartphone or screenshot and specify minute and seconds to facilitate the staff in the verification ); if the staff deems the truthfulness of the complaint to be suitable, he will assign penalty points and / or any disqualification to the captains of the reported club.

B. All acts of anti-game on the goalkeeper made voluntarily are forbidden (example on punishments), the Club is subject to sanction, this can vary from a warning to penalty points.



C. The anticipated abundance of a club enrolled regularly in the league involves the club's BAN for 4 seasons and the disqualification of all players on the roster at the time of abandonment for 1 season.

D. On reaching 3 matches lost at the table by a club, for whatever reason, the forced withdrawal from the competition and related disqualifications in paragraph C apply.

E. In case of withdrawal of a club, all the matches played and those still to be played will be assigned to the respective opposing teams with the result of 1-0 and all the previous statistics will be reset to both for the match in question.

F. A club that regularly ends the season and decides to withdraw at the end of the season, will re-register regularly after starting from the lowest category and the players on the roster can look for a new club without receiving any penalty or disqualification.

G. If a player who is not regularly registered, or who has changed his nickname following a disqualification, attends one or more matches, the team receives a 1-0 table defeat to all the matches in which the player in question takes part. and the club captain will be listened to by the staff to consider their complicity with regards to the incident. The staff will assess if there are conditions to disqualify the captain and all those who knew about the incident. The penalty is the disqualification from all VPL competitions for 4 seasons.

H. Any fraudulent act committed by players or managers who are part of the VPL staff team, will activate a disciplinary committee formed by the board of Virtual Pro League (General Administrators of VPL, the PC Administrator Origin International, and the PC Origin administrator Italy), which will listen to the parties involved, that if they verify the will, the \ i Responsible \ i will be removed from office with immediate effect and will proceed to the permanent BAN of all VPL competitions.

I. Should this practice be lacking, the VPL staff will proceed to the sanctions foreseen for all the offenders, with penalties that can vary from 1 day of disqualification, up to the permanent BAN, in relation to the gravity of the event generated.



    10 -PROMOZIONI E RETROCESSIONI

A. Are relegated in the lower series, if any, the 3 last teams in the ranking of the upper series.

B. The 3 best teams in the general classification of the lower series are promoted to the upper series


11 - ACCESS TO INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS


A. The teams that will arrive in the first three positions in the general classification of the ONE VPL DIVISION championship at the end of the competition, will have access to the Champions Cup EMEA competition.

B. The teams that will rank from the fourth to the sixth in the general classification of the ONE VPL DIVISION championship at the end of the competition, will have access to the Pro League Cup EMEA competition.

12 - ACCESS TO CHAMPIONSHIPS


A. In season 0 teams will be assigned to the divisions via a draw mechanism and proceed as follows:

2. The first 6 teams, following the order, who agree to participate in the International League, enter in DIVISION ONE. The remaining 4 teams will be chosen by the other nations that participate in the VPL circuit and have a national league.

3. Leaders of the leagues: LECP SPAIN, VPL TURKEY, VPL NORTHEN EUROPE, FRANCE, will provide the name of 2 teams that are part of the circuit of their nation, and for each nation will be drawn the team that will participate in the division one. the remainder accesses division 2 along with the rest of the list in point 1, until the division is completed.

4. All the remaining teams that will be registered in the championship will be drawn 1 for each nation until the division is completed (1 VPL ITALY team, 1 VPL Pourtogal team, 1 VPL Turkey Team, 1 AA League team, 1 North Europe Team, 1 Team Spain, 1 Team no league).

5. The remaining teams, at the end of the completion of the draw a team by country, will be included in a large group and starting from the lowest division in which there are slots available, we extract the teams that will complete all divisions.
